近年來有學者(王宏仁，2011)發現擔任照顧者角色的勞動力，與台灣家庭的社會階層有關。
許多中產階級以外包方式輸入人力資源以解決家務照顧問題，而相較弱勢的階級多透過與外籍配偶結婚來緩解家庭勞務的需求。
在演講中，講者將討論在階層化應對方式中擔任照顧服務者的角色以及其日常工作實踐。.
In this talk, the speaker will examine how different Taiwanese families deal with
care workforce needs. In addition, we will discuss the caregivers’ working
practice in Taiwanese society. We will explore what the caregivers do in their daily
lives and how they do the care work.
